Shipping policy
We try to pick, pack and ship as quickly as possible and will aim to have your delivery sent out within 2 working days, however as a very small family business we cannot promise to offer Amazon speed just yet. Please bear with us, we’re certain that once your goods arrive you will be delighted. If you have any questions please feel free to call the farm on 01451 844134 and we will be delighted to help you.
If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to change the shipping address, however we cannot promise as we pick, pack and ship very soon after the order is placed. The best option is to call us at the farm on 01451 844134 and be sure to have your full order details to hand so we can help you.
We don’t currently offer same day delivery as standard, but we will always try and go above and beyond if possible, so please call us on 01451 844134 if you have any special requests and we’ll see if we can accommodate. We can’t promise it will always be possible, but it’s always worth asking.
Payment
You don’t need a PayPal account to order direct from us. You can also use any debit or credit card to place your orders.
In the incredibly unlikely event that your order fails to arrive, or arrives damaged or incorrect, please call us 01451 844134 and we will ensure your order is either replaced or refunded. You can also email us at admin@bensonsthejuicers.com if you prefer.
If you live local to the farm, you can always pop in and buy direct from us using cash on collection. We do not currently offer this as an option on the website, but you are welcome to call us on 01451 844134 to arrange your order direct.
Returns
We do our best to pick, pack and ship orders as quickly as possible and so often it will not be possible to amend an order that you have already placed, however we will do our best to help you if you contact us quickly. The best option is to call us at the farm on 01451 844134 and be sure to have your full order details to hand so we can help you.
