Bensons Totally Fruity have a long and well established relationship with SOHO Coffee and are delighted to have Penny feature as our food hero of the month for January.

Hello Penny,  thank you for taking part in our food hero of the month feature for January 2012......

Could you begin by telling us about Soho Coffee Co.
We are a young but growing company passionate about great coffee - fair-trade, organic and 100% Arabica - and great food. Our coffee is blended and roasted to our recipe by Barry in the Forest of Dean; our food is mixed, baked and filled in our production kitchen in Cheltenham. Through our food we aim to align ourselves with owner-companies who feel and care as strongly about what they produce as we do. Hence the relationship with Bensons!

Tell us about your role at Soho Coffee Co.
I am one of 2 company directors - my role is marketing and food!

What do you like about Bensons Totally Fruity?
Love - not like - their passion about their own product quality; their juices are outstanding; I love their entrepreneurial spirit; they way they are always looking to develop the next best thing!
